まるで重箱のような
建築玉手箱になっている吉備津神社。
 
入れ子建築になっているが、
玉手箱とは何やら
遺伝子を封印した人体の比喩ともとれ
無意識の記憶をもちながら
百代の過客の輪廻を繰り返す。
 
もっと広く解釈すれば、
魂魄、肉体、それを覆う衣服、
さらに建築、都市へと
無限に展開していくのではないだろうか。
